Update your website!

Hey There,

With the new financial year fast approaching here in Australia, it is an excellent time to get your website, photography and branding updated, as they make for a great tax write off! I’ve got some time on my hands between now and the end of the financial year, with only a few video projects in the works, so I’d love to work on your new website. Please get in contact with me if you require a make over to your website or photography. Obviously I’m far from qualified to offer you tax or financial advice, so please consider your own circumstances.

WordPress 3.0 is out

Well it’s finally arrived, the long awaited update to the very popular blogging and content management system software, wordpress, is here. I did a test run of updating my blog to WordPress 3.0 and it was very succesful, only had to make a few adjustments to my theme in order to get it to work nicely with WP3, the biggest issue was the new menu system that WP has. Overall the update went smoothly with minimal hickups, I’m running through updating the rest of my blogs and websites right now.

If you would like a hand updating your wordpress install, please let me know and I’ll help you through it, or I can update it for you if you want. If you are doing it yourself, I would highly recommend getting a good back of your current setup, from the theme through to your database and attachments, make sure you have a good fall back position if things go awry.

Video Projects
